		<description>There&#039;s one thing not said here... It is true that the very first witness told the prosecutor he lied, but it&#039;s also true that this same witness was found to be intimidate by the accused, and came back to give statement on the trial on February the 9th, with new protective measures: the accused was able to see him (on a screen) during his statement, but the witness was not confronting the accused.
It was not really about false statement at the end...</description>
